How much does it cost to attend the event?

A full conference pass is $595 for early bird and $695 for regular pricing.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Please visit the venue’s site here for additional information and directions.

If you prefer self-parking or a cheaper third-party option, several public garages sit within a short 3 to 5-minute walk:

San Jose McEnery Convention Center Garage: Closest alternative municipal structure.
Marriott Valet Garage (301 S. Market St.): ~0.2 miles away.
Four Points by Sheraton Garage (211 S. 1st St.): ~0.2 miles away.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend?

Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.

Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket.

Are meals included with my registration?

Yes, breakfast and lunch are included with your registration.

Can I bring a child to the show?

No. For insurance and safety reasons, we ask that anyone attending the show is at least 18 years of age.

What is the refund policy if the event is canceled?

In the event that Arrowfly must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future Arrowfly event, at Arrowfly’s discretion.

What if I want to exhibit at the show?

I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t seen a confirmation email from us, be sure to opt-in for our emails and check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to events@arrowfly.com and we can send you a copy of the receipt and confirmation.

Can I register on site?

You are able to register onsite but we highly recommend registering online before you arrive to make for a quick and easy check-in process.

Can I attend the event virtually?

We do not currently have virtual attendance options available for this event.
