Stephanie has ten years of healthcare regulatory and corporate transactions in-house legal experience. Half of those years have been focused on medical devices as the Associate General Counsel of the spine, biologics, and bone growth stimulation solutions arm of Orthofix. Earlier in her career, Ms. Bryant served as a Healthcare Transactions lawyer at UT Southwestern, a Dallas based academic medical center and as Corporate Counsel at Golden Living, one of the largest U.S. post-acute care providers at the time. Ms. Bryant interned with the Texas Attorney General’s Dallas Consumer Protection Division working on elderly abuse cases and was a legal associate as a law student at HealthSmart, a benefits and care management solutions company. Prior to diving into the legal field, she utilized her finance B.S. as an analyst at JP Morgan in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Business and received her J.D from Texas Wesleyan Law School (now Texas A&M Law).
