Raymond W. Cohen is a seasoned medical technology executive and accredited public company director with over four decades of leadership experience. He co-founded Axonics, Inc., serving as CEO until its $3.7 billion acquisition by Boston Scientific in 2024. In 2025, he arranged the $600 million sale of SoniVie, where he serves as chairman, also to Boston Scientific. Cohen currently serves on several boards, including Kestra Medical Technologies (Nasdaq: KMTS), Nalu Medical, Tulavi, Spectrum Vascular, and Archimedes Vascular, and is a venture partner with Andera Partners and Sherpa Capital. He has raised approximately $2.5 billion in capital throughout his career and has been recognized with numerous honors, including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2024 MedTech MVP Award. Cohen holds a B.S. in Business Management from Binghamton University.
