Mike Springer spearheads Nissha Medical Technologies’ commercialization efforts for next-generation medical devices. He leverages his extensive experience in innovation, operations, and medical device development to achieve this. Previously, Mike led the growth of the Jacobs Institute innovation center in Buffalo, NY. There, he focused on supporting early-stage inventors, startups, and strategic OEMs to accelerate the development of next-generation technologies in vascular and neurological diseases.
Mike brings a wealth of expertise in endovascular devices, minimally invasive surgery, surgical navigation, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, his experience in global operational program management for medical device industrialization and manufacturing strengthens his leadership.
Mike boasts a broad and extensive network of connections with early-stage startups, entrepreneurs, and strategic OEMs. He holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
