Where is the event?

A full conference pass is $995, however, we provide early bird rates and other admission options to attend.

Yes, there is parking available at the convention center. Please visit the venue’s site here for additional information and directions.

Head over to the registration desk at the expo hall and pick up your badge on-site. Our staff will have you confirm your registration and check-in confirmation by searching your last name or your emailed confirmation number.

Free Wi-Fi is available via the convention center services.

A full conference pass includes access to the entire exhibit floor, all DIIF sessions and all sessions at the co-located RoboBusiness event. Find more pricing information and pass options here. 

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

Refunds are only available for full conference attendee passes. Other attendee categories are not subject to a refund. You can find full pricing information, here.

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. We do have a block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests, which you can find here. 

You can find all the information you need about coming Santa Clara in our Travel tab in the menu bar at the top of the page. 

No meals are included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food. There will be a welcome reception on Tuesday night with light appetizers.

No. For insurance and safety reasons, we ask that anyone attending the show is at least 18 years of age.

If the event gets cancelled you will have the opportunity to get a refund, see here.

If you haven’t seen a confirmation email from us, be sure to opt-in for our emails and check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to events@wtwhmedia.com and we can send you a copy of the receipt and confirmation.

You are able to register onsite but we highly recommend registering online before you arrive to make for a quick and easy check-in process. Registration rates do increase the closer we get to the event. You can view the pricing page for details on registration types and pricing, here. 

We do not currently have virtual attendance options available for this event.

Full conference pass holders will receive an email post-event with a link to access the PowerPoint presentations and audio recordings. If speakers don’t give permission to share their presentations, those presentations will not be made available.
