YJ is currently the Senior Vice-President of US Surgical Sales and Marketing for Edwards Lifesciences. Previously, she was responsible for TAVR Global Marketing and was a part of launching several new technologies and indications in the transcatheter space. Her teams have been recognized for their marketing contributions in the medical device industry, including being selected as a PM360 Magazine ELITE Winner for Best Marketing Team.
A believer in the importance of people development and culture, YJ is actively involved in the development of several key programs to enhance people’s career development. YJ has over 25 years of commercial leadership experience in both the medical technology and biologic pharmaceutical sectors, including being responsible as a General Manager for several companies in Canada.
YJ and her family are involved with several community organizations in Orange County.
