Q: What is the attire for the conference?

A: Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

Q: Are there any precautions being taken due to Covid19?

A: We will be following CDC guidelines that the venue provides us. Check here for the most up to date information.

Q: How much does it cost to attend the show?

A: Full conference passes are $795 and expo only passes are $75. Visit our pricing page here for more details.

Q: What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my reservation?

A: Partial refunds are only available to those who purchase a full conference pass. Please see our pricing page for more detailed information about our refund policy.

Q. Does my ticket include admission to the co-located events?

A: Yes, with your pass, you will be able to explore the exhibit floors of the DeviceTalks, RoboBusiness and Field Robotics events.

Q: What is the refund policy if the event is cancelled?

A: If the event gets cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund for your ticket.

Q: What if I want to exhibit at the show?

A: If you’re interested in exhibiting at the show, you can download our prospectus here to see all opportunities available. You can also reach out to Courtney at cnagle@wtwhmedia.com for more information and to book a booth.

Q: Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

A: No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. However, we will have a block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests. More information on hotel block is coming soon. Check here for updates.

Q: Are meals included with my registration?

A: No meals are included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food and beverages.

Q: I registered, but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

A: If you haven’t seen a confirmation email from us, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to events@wtwhmedia.com and we can send you a copy of the receipt and confirmation.

Q: Can I register on site?

A: You are able to register on site, but we highly recommend registering online before you arrive to make for a quick and easy check in process.

Q: Can I bring my child to the expo?

A: For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show.

Q: Can I attend the event virtually?

A: We do not currently have virtual attendance options available for this event.

Q: Will I get access to the presentation materials?

A: No, at this time, we do not provide presentation materials from any of the speakers for DeviceTalks.

Q: Is there parking at the convention center?

A: Yes, there is parking available at the convention center. Please visit the venue’s site here for additional information and directions.
